Our philosophy
Our business model is based on a deep understanding of the essence of science and technology development; and a good knowledge of the features, nuances and role of interaction between market and society elements in improving technology. Therefore, we have chosen our activities in such a way as to imitate the process of innovation; since the innovation process can only be evaluated within a framework of entrepreneurship; and everyone knows that entrepreneurship, in particular technological, has become the driving force of the economy.
So, the stages of our business model can be formulated as follows:
-In the process of new product creation (device, material, product, software, solution), science acts as ideas’ generator, namely, they open the way to new areas of knowledge. You can call this stage the creative stage.
-The next stage is applied scientific research, the main goal of which is to create a new product or technology using basic science.
-The third stage – manufacturing; in our business model, it is necessary to divide the manufacturing module into two parts; our own one and our partners one. This division is based on the fact that we will be engaged in, firstly, manufacturing and sale of manufactured-by-our-partners equipment; secondly, our manufacturing activities will be focused at technological complexes and engineering projects and these require a good knowledge of all components used in such systems.
-The fourth stage is the marketing stage, nowadays, complex type of marketing system was formed: “product-system of measures to promote the product-market”; because, due to the increasing number of manufacturers, the goods are constantly present in the market, so supply and demand are in relative balance.
Therefore, the most priority activity for our company is machinery and equipment supplying. We paid special attention to the sales’ department, as it is the center of interaction between customers and company.
Sales managers are the first contact persons in the company, so customers address them, not only to equipment purchasing, but also to solve many other related-to-products issues. This feedback carries valuable information: 1) the technical state and behavior of the equipment during exploitation, 2) the market state, 3) the competitive ability of our products, 4) the needs of society and the market.
In our company, we place special emphasis on this feedback based on the following arguments:
1-Understand the behavior of our products and equipment in various conditions, because the actual operating conditions may be very different from testing conditions in serial production and laboratories, which can be a source of new innovative ideas and opens up new features.
2-Identify technical differences between similar products of different manufacturers.
3-Understand the real needs of society, and as a result, direct the scientific and creative potential of the company in the right orientation, and correctly draw our future plans.
To implement our ideology, we have organized the structure of our company on the basis of technology-oriented principle, according to this principle; we have created different units. In each unit, there are specialists in various fields and levels, from fundamental physics and mathematics to sales engineering. So, each technology-oriented unit is, from an organizational point of view, self-consistent, i.e. all influential factors in final product are inter-related. This ensures and deepens the interaction between different levels of R&D&I, and as a result between different elements of science, technology and market, which reflects on the quality and improvement of our products, services and solutions.
We are committed to open partnership with our customers and are convinced that continuous dialogue with partners help us to create new products, and new advances for the people.
